1.機床在用戶使用過程中，發現質量問題，在接到用戶通知后，48小時內做出答復，72小時派維修人員到達用戶現場，并做到故障不排除維修人員不撤離現場；
2.機床保修期為12個月，在保修期內供方將免維修和_換屬于質量原因造成的零部件，保修期外零部件的損壞，提供的配件只收成本費。由需方人為因素造成的設備損壞，供方維修或提供的配件均按成本計價；
